I visited City Prom to purchase dresses for my 3 daughters. The service was absolutely amazing. We did not feel pressured into purchasing and we were encouraged to take our time and try on as many dresses as we wanted to. Also encouraged to take time and think before purchasing. In the end we actually purchased 4 as I couldn’t resist one either! Next level service way above and beyond what we expected as one dress had to be ordered and it arrived so quickly. Do not hesitate to visit City Prom I hope we will return soon to buy more. Thanks from us all.

We had a fabulous experience at City Prom today with Madeleine. The setting is welcoming with gorgeous dresses, so much choice. Madeleine is an excellent, experienced advisor and really put my daughter at ease. She listened to her and helped her to feel comfortable and to enjoy the appointment! Nothing was too much trouble and we have come out today with the perfect dress. The experience was just what it should be and I would highly recommend. Thanks, Madeleine.

We visited city prom looking for a prom dress for my daughter, Madeleine was fantastic from start to finish. A stunning selection of the most beautiful dresses in every colour and every style possible. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment, it’s one on one with no disruptions as your appointment is solely for you. I cannot recommend City Prom enough. Madeleine made what could have been a stressful experience feel fun and exciting.

The selection was incredible! So many beautiful, high-quality dresses in a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes. My daughter tried on several gowns and never felt rushed or pressured.

We opened in 2008 and we were the first independant prom dress shop in Cardiff. We have only ever sold prom dresses, believing prom customers required a specialised store for the in unique prom dress.

Since we opened we operated a personal 1-2-1 service where prom girls and their families get the private use of our spacious shop and personal attention for this important buying event.

Specialising in prom and eveningwear, our varied collection offers a wide variety of styles, fabrics and price points. We have a gown for every girl!

About Appointments

At City Prom Cardiff we operate by appointment, as a result, we limit the visitors to our shop at any one time. This policy allows for a peaceful experience for prom girls, and their families, and a truly personal touch. Your appointment lasts for an hour and can include as much or as little assistance as required. Choose only to try the styles you have previously decided you like, or be open to suggestions from our experienced staff. The choice is yours, one thing is guaranteed, personal service is what we are all about at City Prom Cardiff. So book your appointment today to start your prom night celebrations.
